Anupam Dighe is the Managing Partner of India Law Alliance and a co‑founder of the firm, with over two decades of specialised experience in indirect taxes and commercial disputes. Based in Mumbai, he is an Advocate of the Bombay High Court and a Solicitor of the Law Society of England & Wales and combines his early professional training at leading institutions such as Crawford Bayley & Co., DSK Legal and KPMG with a partner‑driven, solutions‑oriented approach to advisory and litigation work.His vision for India Law Alliance is to provide clear, practical and reliable legal advice that clients can use in real time for their business decisions.
Anupam’s practice focuses on indirect tax and commercial disputes, with a strong emphasis on cross‑border elements and regulatory strategy. He regularly represents Indian and multinational clients before courts, tribunals and departmental authorities. He is frequently engaged to help businesses structure their operations and transactions in a compliant and tax‑efficient manner across sectors such as financial services, engineering, logistics, BPO/services, refineries, cement and telecom.
